revolve suede heels

I have been on a budget binge lately. I would say I am always pretty cost conscious when it comes to spending, but I have been on such a roll finding awesome styles & decor items for less lately.

I was on Revolve the other day (what I really mean is, I am on Revolve everyday) and on the front page there were these super cute suede pumps by BCBGeneration. I clicked on them and I was shocked to find that they were real suede, under $100 and totally on trend.

I love a good deal just as much as the next girl, but I ALWAYS pay attention to quality when it comes to fashion. I don't just want something because it's less expensive, I don't buy "cheap" stuff. I want it because it's a comparably less expensive to the next brand selling the same product.

Needless to say, I picked up these beautiful babies in 3 colors to match just about every look in my closet this fall.

someone snuck into my photo... I was going to crop her out but she's so cute.

Here's the thing though... and I know I can't be the only girl out there with this issue, my feet cannot tolerate heels. Please tell me I'm not alone! If anyone else has this problem, tips would be much appreciated! I get the worst blisters and aching feet, I can't last 5 minutes in pumps. Does anyone else have this issue?

I am pretty picky about the comfort of my shoe; fit & heel height. There is this facade that every fashionable woman in NYC is running around on their tippy toes in these mega babe heels... I call it The Carrie Bradshaw Myth. Yes, I have tall & sexy designer pumps but I only wear them on occasions when I know for sure I can take a car and won't be on my feet for long. I have found it nearly impossible to be a woman on-the-go, running from meeting to meeting, running down subway stairs etc. in 5 inch stilettos.

The point of this whole thing is that suede literally saves my life! They are SO much more comfortable than leather. They mold to your foot faster and they stretch out a bit. I have had some of my leather shoes professionally stretched multiple times and I still can't handle walking in them.

Tested and confirmed, these BCBGeneration pumps are so comfortable. The heel is the perfect height, not lame-o kitten heel & not sky-high stiletto... I'm like Goldilocks over here looking for the perfect shoe.

I wore the grey pair during New York Fashion Week and, no joke, easily walked a mile in them, definitely record breaking.

At least until the rain and snow comes, suede heels are definitely the way to juggle your busy life & still look fashionable doing so.

I am shooting some looks tomorrow with the black & grey so I'll be sure to keep you posted on how to style your suede stilettos.
