Ladies, bikini season is among us! If you want to eat something light for dinner the night before you slip into your red, white and blue bikini I have the best salad recipe for you! A few weeks ago, I was so hungry and I was in the mood for something fresh and quick. I had eaten out for breakfast, lunch and dinner the entire weekend and I just needed to give my poor body a break. As being a busy, young gal goes, I hadn’t been to the grocery store in a few days and it was slim pickens in the kitchen that evening. Seriously though, some of my best recipes came from getting creative with limited ingredients. A small bowl of this dish completely filled me up and is super healthy as well, enjoy!
